BEFORE CRACKING A CRUST

Oyaki and Imo Mochi will appeal to all customers looking to diversify their appetizers, whether for sharing or not. These three bites, inspired by traditional Japanese recipes, will delight cheese lovers and fans of sweet-and-savory flavors.

On different sections of your menu: starters, sharing dishes or main courses/bento. They will enhance your 'hot offering' and give free rein to your creativity… it's up to you to create new recipes to include in your menus!

To promote the products to your customers, we provide a POS kit including: a menu poster (available in two sizes), menu holders, showcase stickers and an Yzakaya decorative poster. Please feel free to request these from our sales representative or by email at: contact@pro.ajinomoto.eu.

We have developed numerous sauces in collaboration with Japanese Chef Motoko Tsutsumi to pair with our products. You can already find suggestions in the product sheets or recipe inspirations in the "3 NEW BITES" or "RECIPE INSPIRATIONS" sections.

Oyaki Beef Shoyu & Oyaki Vegetable Nira: Gluten, soy. May also contain traces of eggs, milk, mustard, and lupin. Cheese Imo Mochi: Gluten, milk, sulfites. May also contain traces of eggs, soy, mustard, and lupin.

Cheese Imo Mochi and Oyaki Vegetable Nira are suitable for vegetarian diets. However, they are not vegan certified.

Gluten: All three products contain wheat flour, so both Oyaki recipes and Cheese Imo Mochi contain gluten.

Cooking: check our videos in the "3 NEW BITES" section under "Cooking Secrets" for detailed steps. Cheese Imo Mochi: 4 min deep fry or 6 min pan fry. Oyaki Beef Shoyu or Vegetable Nira: 10 min pan fry. Defrosting: our products are designed to be cooked directly from frozen. Our cooking protocol guarantees the texture, taste and quality of the product.

Our 3 new recipes Ajinomoto are frozen. They must be stored in a freezer at -18°C minimum. The recommended shelf life is about 10 months, subject to the date indicated on the packaging.
